Metal Fabrication Shop COMING SOON!

Our facility specializes in the fabrication of high-quality metal products and structural components, employing advanced manufacturing techniques such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembly. These processes allow us to transform raw metal materials into durable, functional, and precisely engineered finished goods tailored to meet a variety of commercial and institutional needs.

We work with a diverse range of raw materials, each selected based on the specific requirements of the product and its intended use. Our material inventory includes:

  • Plate Metal – Used for flat surfaces, structural bases, and enclosures requiring strength and rigidity.
  • Expanded Metal – Ideal for ventilation, security, and decorative applications due to its open grid pattern.
  • Welding Wire – Essential for fusion in fabrication, ensuring strong, clean welds during assembly.
  • Metal Rods – Utilized in frameworks, reinforcements, and custom structural elements.
  • Cast Metal Components – Incorporated into designs requiring complex shapes and added strength.

Our fabrication team produces a wide array of finished goods commonly used in public, recreational, and institutional environments. Key products include:

  • Trash Receptacles – Constructed for durability and resistance to environmental exposure, designed for high-traffic outdoor and indoor use.
  • Picnic Tables – Engineered for strength, weather resistance, and user safety, suitable for parks, schools, and correctional yards.
  • Benches (6 to 8 feet in length) – Available in multiple configurations and finishes, these seating solutions combine structural stability with user comfort and aesthetic appeal.

All fabrication work is carried out by inmates participating in a structured vocational training program within our facility. Through this initiative, inmates receive hands-on training in metalworking fundamentals, safety procedures, equipment operation, blueprint reading, and quality assurance. Under the guidance of experienced supervisors, participants gain valuable industry skills while contributing to the production of professional-grade products.

Each item is crafted with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with performance standards and client specifications. From initial design to final assembly, quality control is maintained at every stage to guarantee reliability, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

In addition to producing long-lasting commercial products, this program serves a rehabilitative purpose by preparing inmates for meaningful employment opportunities post-release, promoting personal development and reducing recidivism through real-world trade experience.
